What is it?
Ultimate Female Fertility Blood Test
A range of medical conditions and nutritional deficiencies can reduce your chances of conceiving naturally or affect the outcome of your pregnancy. Since pregnancy and childbirth place significant demands on the body, it’s important to ensure you are in optimum health — not only to conceive but to support your health and your baby’s throughout pregnancy.
This comprehensive panel checks all key biomarkers for healthy ovulation, conception, and sustaining pregnancy, helping identify any factors that may impact your reproductive success. In addition to routine markers, it includes Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) testing — a reliable indicator of ovarian reserve (the number of viable eggs remaining).
AMH testing can help with:
- Fertility assessment – estimating egg supply and guiding IVF or fertility preservation decisions.
- PCOS detection – elevated AMH levels can be a sign of polycystic ovary syndrome.
- Menopause prediction – lower AMH may indicate a declining ovarian reserve.
- Monitoring ovarian function – especially after treatments like chemotherapy.
Unlike other reproductive hormones, AMH levels remain stable throughout the menstrual cycle, making testing convenient at any time.
With our free online Health Dashboard, you can track your biomarkers over time, compare results, and monitor improvements in your fertility health.

THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED TURNAROUND TIME.
We are extremely proud of our very short turnaround times and very efficient laboratory processes; you will receive your results as soon as they are available and have completed clinical validation.
Whilst we accommodate the shortest time scales, with some results available within hours, for some tests the turnaround time is 1-3 working days.
Doctors notes
DR. ADAM STATEN - GP VIEW AND RED FLAG SYMPTOMS
Prolactin can interfere with the normal regulation of reproductive hormones, such as follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), which are essential for the menstrual cycle and ovulation in women. Elevated prolactin levels can disrupt this balance, leading to irregular or absent menstrual periods (amenorrhea) and anovulation (lack of ovulation).
In women, high prolactin levels, a condition known as hyperprolactinemia, can suppress ovulation. This means that the ovaries do not release eggs regularly or at all, which can make it difficult to conceive.
Prolactin can also affect the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. The luteal phase is the second half of the cycle, and it is necessary for maintaining a pregnancy. If prolactin levels are high, it can result in a luteal phase defect, which may lead to difficulty in sustaining a pregnancy.
Red flag symptoms for the Ultimate Female Fertility Blood Test
Even if your blood tests are normal, you should see a doctor if you have any of the symptoms below because they may be a sign of serious underlying illness.
- Unexplained weight loss.
- Drenching sweats during the night.
- Persistent fevers.
- Progressively severe symptoms of any kind.

"Recently, I had a blood test for hormones and was absolutely impressed with the service. Upon arrival, I was immediately offered water, and the studio was bright, beautiful, and Instagram-worthy. The specialist greeted me, helped me fill out the form, answered my questions, and reassured me that everything would be quick and painless — and it truly was! The atmosphere felt more like a spa than a medical procedure. Just a few days later, I received detailed results for each test and was offered a consultation with a doctor to review and explain them. I love how the service supports you from start to finish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and caring. Highly recommend!"
