I’ve been training with Amy for several months now and love the energy she brings to sessions. She has tailored my PT program to my specific requirements due to injuries. It was an amazing retreat! The venue was stunning - Moor Park mansion. Chef made a most delicious vegan lunch. Victoria and Margarita are very professional and knowledgeable coaches. We had a yoga at the start and after that breathing technics followed by lunch and break. After break we had an amazing experience of drawing yantras and engulfing in sound of crystal bowls. I have attended a few of Victoria’s day retreats in the U.K. and have enjoyed every single one of them. Each retreat was well organised with beautiful surroundings and the meals were all delicious. These retreat gave me and everyone a safe space for the day to unwind, focus on our mental well being while practising yoga. She uses various techniques - from sound baths to drawings which have been an eye opening concept. I always come out of the day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her retreats and hope to join ones abroad one day.

6) I have been to several retreats with LoveLife and each time it has been so special 🙏🏻 Victoria is the most patient and grounding teacher. Most memorable was the Maldives, absolutely magical! I love visiting the 1-day Urban retreats too and am looking forward to the Mandala workshop in London in October. Highly recommend to everyone!
