Morgan Kilty is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer specialising in women’s strength-focused fitness and holistic wellbeing. Her approach centres on helping women build both physical strength and mental resilience, empowering them to feel confident, capable, and connected to their bodies. 

Morgan believes that true health begins from within, combining structured training, mindful movement, and sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing. She works with women who want to improve their strength, energy levels, and overall lifestyle through a balanced and realistic approach to fitness.

With a background of over a decade in banking prior to transitioning into fitness, Sabrina brings a unique understanding of the pressures, demands, and lifestyle challenges modern women face. She combines Pilates, strength-based training, and functional movement to help women improve posture, mobility, core stability, and overall physical confidence.

She specialises in short, effective daily workouts, as well as full gym and home training programmes, supporting women with weight loss, body shaping, strength and functional training, yoga, pregnancy fitness, and pelvic floor health. Passionate about helping more women feel strong, confident, and balanced, Elena brings a supportive, motivating, and deeply human approach to her coaching.

I’ve been training with Amy for several months now and love the energy she brings to sessions. She has tailored my PT program to my specific requirements due to injuries. As a result I feel more confident, toned and a lot stronger. It’s enjoyable to train in the lovely environment of her private gym away from the big crowded commercial gyms.

It was an amazing retreat! The venue was stunning - Moor Park mansion. Chef made a most delicious vegan lunch. Victoria and Margarita are very professional and knowledgeable coaches. We had a yoga at the start and after that breathing technics followed by lunch and break. After break we had an amazing experience of drawing yantras and engulfing in sound of crystal bowls. I have attended a few of Victoria’s day retreats in the U.K. and have enjoyed every single one of them. Each retreat was well organised with beautiful surroundings and the meals were all delicious. These retreat gave me and everyone a safe space for the day to unwind, focus on our mental well being while practising yoga. She uses various techniques - from sound baths to drawings which have been an eye opening concept. I always come out of the day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her retreats and hope to join ones abroad one day.
