Who’s Behind the Glow?
Meet Our Co-Founders, Kristina and Alexandr. A husband-and-wife duo who set out to redefine holistic wellness — first for themselves, now for you.
Kristina’s Story
I spent years trying to figure it all out — what to take, when to take it, and whether any of it was actually working. Like so many women, I was guessing. Drowning in options, reading conflicting advice, and ending up with shelves full of supplements that didn’t make me feel any better.
After over a decade in the wellness space — including my time with a global wellness brand — I knew deep down there had to be a better way. I had felt it for years. But it wasn’t until Alexandr and I joined forces that the vision truly came to life.
That’s how LoveSelf was born.
I wanted something honest. Something I could trust. A space where women could stop second-guessing and finally feel in control of their health — with supplements that actually work and a holistic approach that sees the bigger picture.
Today, I take LoveSelf products every day — not because I have to, but because I finally found what works for me. No more guesswork. No more overwhelm. Just a sense of peace and alignment in my own body.

Alexandr’s Story
I’ve always been deeply passionate about human potential and longevity. While I never pursued a business career in wellness, it’s always been the space that inspired me most. For over 20 years, I built my life as an entrepreneur in construction and technology — but behind the scenes, I was exploring every angle of wellbeing, both for myself and others.
I’m also a certified life coach and NLP practitioner, and I’ve spent years immersed in the world of mindset, resilience, and transformation. Personally, I’ve tested the limits of the mind and body — from 21-day water fasts to Ayurvedic cleanses in India — always driven by one question: how can we live with more clarity, energy, and alignment?
That’s the question LoveSelf set out to answer.
With my background in strategy and systems, and a deep personal belief in holistic health, I knew we could build more than just a brand — we could create a framework. A science-backed, supportive, and personalised wellness system that helps women feel in control of their health again.
Kristina had been creating safe spaces for women for years — supporting them through wellness, self-discovery, and personal growth. I saw the impact she was making, and I knew her vision needed to become something real and scalable. Together, we brought it to life.
