By placing an order through our site, you confirm that: 

• You are at least 18 years old; 
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 

3.1 When you place an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order is accepted. Your order is an offer to purchase a product. 
3.2 The contract between us is formed only when you receive a dispatch confirmation email. 
3.3 We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders prior to dispatch. 

4.1 We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return a product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is: 

• Unopened, or 
• Opened but less than 40% used 

Shipping fees (if paid) are not refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

4.2 To request a return, you must inform us in writing and return the item to us promptly and in good condition. 
4.3 This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. 

5.1 We aim to dispatch within 3 business days of your order, unless otherwise stated or in exceptional circumstances. 
5.2 Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. 
5.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, or the parcel is not accepted, we may charge additional shipping costs for redelivery. 

5.4 Gift certificates are delivered by email once payment is complete. 
5.5 They remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. 
5.6 Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. 

6.1 Ownership of products passes to you only once full payment (including delivery) is received. 
6.2 Responsibility for the product passes to you at the time of delivery. 

7.1 Prices are listed in GBP (£) for UK customers and might be listed in other currencies for other countries. Product prices may include VAT (if applicable) and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. 
7.2 Delivery charges vary by location and product/service selected at checkout. 
7.3 Payment is taken at the time of ordering via card or PayPal. If we are unable to supply a product, you will be refunded in full. 
7.4 Prices and delivery fees may change, but will not affect orders already confirmed. 
7.5 We reserve the right to cancel orders in the case of pricing errors that are obvious and would reasonably be recognised as such. 

8.1 You are eligible for a full refund if: 

• The product is returned within 30 days of delivery; 
• It is unopened, or opened but no more than 40% used; 
• It is returned in original packaging and good condition. 

8.2 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
8.3 Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. 
8.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the day we receive the returned item. Refunds are made via the original payment method unless otherwise adviced. 
8.5 For defective items, we will refund both the product and any reasonable return costs. 

We warrant that products purchased from our site will: 

• Match their descriptions; 
• Be of a great quality; 
• Be fit for their intended purpose at the time of delivery. 

10.1 Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 
10.2 We are not liable for: 

• Loss of income, business, or profits; 
• Loss of data or goodwill; 
• Indirect or consequential loss. 

10.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for: 

• Death or personal injury due to negligence; 
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

11.1 For orders outside the UK, you may be charged local import duties and taxes. These are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. 
11.2 You must comply with all laws in the country of delivery. We are not liable for any customs or import issues.

16.3 LoveSelf does offer medical and clinical services such as blood testing, GP consultations, and nutritionist sessions, which are delivered by licensed professionals.
