UK Shipping
We offer two tracked delivery options via Royal Mail:

FREE UK delivery on all orders over £50 (based on subtotal, before VAT).
Dispatch Time
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays):
- Orders placed before 10am are usually dispatched same day
- Orders placed later will be dispatched within 2 business days
Dispatch time may vary slightly during busy periods — but we always do our best to ship promptly.
International Shipping – Europe & Moldova
We ship to Europe and the Republic of Moldova using DPD for fast and reliable international service.

International Orders Outside the UK & EU
We’re happy to ship to customers in the USA and most other countries worldwide. However, because customs rules and shipping costs vary greatly, each international order must be individually arranged.
If you're ordering from outside the UK or EU, please email us at info@loveself.uk with the following details:
- Your full shipping address
- The items you wish to order
- Any preferences for delivery speed (standard or express)
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a personalised shipping quote and instructions for completing your order.

Parcel Sizes & Missed Deliveries
Most parcels won’t fit through a standard letterbox.
If you’re not home:
- Royal Mail or DPD may leave a “Sorry we missed you” card or send a tracking update
- Items not collected within 7 working days may be returned to us
- A shipping fee will apply for any returned UK parcels
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive:
- Order Confirmation Email – right after you complete your purchase
- Dispatch Email with Tracking – once your parcel is shipped

Delays, Lost Parcels & Address Errors
- UK parcels are considered lost if not received within 15 business days
- For international parcels, this may take up to 25 business days
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We can’t refund shipping costs or reship items free of charge if the address provided was incorrect.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, even if the product has been opened — as long as less than 40% of the content has been used.
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving your returned product.
If a product is defective, we will also refund any reasonable return costs.
